1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TenserDesk helpdesk platform ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use usage of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on our Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of TenserDesk, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
• Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. TenserDesk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

3. User Data & Privacy

We take your data privacy seriously. Our use of your personal information and the data you submit to the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data, files, and other content you upload or submit to TenserDesk ("User Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

3.2 Data Usage

By using the Service, you grant TenserDesk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and securing the Service. We will not sell or share your User Data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Terms & Subscription

4.1 Pricing & Plans

TenserDesk offers both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing for paid plans is available on our specific Pricing page. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which we will charge as applicable.

4.2 Billing Cycle

Paid entries are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. The subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of your subscription and on each renewal date thereafter unless you cancel.

4.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused service, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload or transmit content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Upload or transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or chain letters.
• Interference with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenserDesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
